Senior Interior Designer Hospitality (Full-time)

Job Description

MAA is seeking a senior interior designer for its downtown Dallas office. Applicants must meet the following requirements: registration as an interior designer and/or architect, 6 to 8 years of experience, diverse project experience history with hospitality, client management skills, project management and contract documentation experience (including Revit), and marketing skills. Essential Duties

  • Prepare and deliver conceptual design presentations
  • Develop space planning concepts and generate program documents
  • Source and specify FF&E materials, finishes, and furnishings
  • Coordinate with manufacturer representatives, contractors, and consultants
  • Conduct site visits and field verifications
  • Process submittals, RFI’s, and shop drawings during the CA phase
  • Produce construction/millwork/furniture drawings, details and sections
  • Develop and maintain client relationships

Qualifications

Education / Experience

  • 6 to 8 years experience
  • Diverse project experience history with hospitality
  • Project management and contract documentation experience (including Revit)
