The project's objective was to reinvigorate the edifice at 3300 Renner in Richardson, Texas, by completely overhauling its interior and exterior spaces. The exterior upgrade was an elaborate process, encompassing the installation of a novel concrete pathway that directs visitors towards the building, in conjunction with new lighting fixtures that enhance the path and the surrounding vicinity. The project also involved the redesign of the entry vestibule, aimed at making it more inviting and aesthetically pleasing. All exterior materials were updated to give the building a contemporary and polished look.
The interior renovation was just as all-encompassing. New finishes were added to the existing restrooms and elevator, resulting in a more sophisticated and modern ambiance. The project also involved choosing new flooring and ceiling materials that complemented the building's overall design. It was coupled with a complete revamp of the existing lobby, which was outfitted with new furniture to create a more hospitable atmosphere.
