6060 NCX

The building at 6060 North Central Expressway has undergone a complete renovation inside and outside. The refurbishment includes new finishes and fixtures for various areas, such as the building lobbies, elevator lobbies, cafes, restrooms, conference rooms, corridors, storage areas, and tenant showers. Moreover, there are also new awnings, entry canopies, and signage outside. Additionally, a new concrete pad has been added for the cafe. The parking lot will also be expanded by constructing two to three levels of parking on top of the existing 4-story parking structure. This expansion will result in approximately 140 additional parking spots per level.
