Addison Airport Office Center

The project involved renovating a three-story office building at the southwest corner of Keller Springs and Addison Road.

The renovation work covered both the interior and exterior of the building. The ground level of the building was reserved for parking, while the two floors above it were used for office purposes. The renovation involved expanding and remodeling the ground-level entry and elevator lobby. The lobby expansion necessitated the removal of two existing parking spaces. The renovation included new finishes on both new and existing surfaces, such as metal and glass panels on the lobby exterior, as well as new finishes in the existing elevator. The garage lay-in ceiling was removed and replaced with spray insulation, new lighting, graphics, and entry signage on both street elevations. On the upper levels, there was renovation work on the public corridors, including the installation of new marble wall panels, ceramic tile flooring, and windows that offered views of the Town airport.
