Andrews Federal Campus

Andrews Federal Campus is immediately outside the entrance of Joint Base Andrews, one of the "Gateways" to Washington, DC.

Two new tilt panel warehouse buildings are located at the Andrews Federal Campus, outside Washington, DC., and adjacent to Andrews Air Force Base.

The site's initial construction, Building A, spans over 118,950 square feet. It features a notable architectural wall that extends from the building and is designed to resemble the tail of an airplane. This unique feature is a tribute to Andrews Air Force Base and creates a prominent focal point when approaching the site.

The second building, Building B, is a 161,575-square-foot structure featuring a prominent, free-standing wall that runs parallel, serving as a central and focal entry point. Both buildings are registered with GBCI.
