This project involved adapting a site for a 200-bed housing project. The site included a clubhouse with a dining room, an auditorium, a full-service kitchen, an office, storage facilities, and restrooms. Additionally, the classroom building featured study rooms, a computer room, a home economics room, a teacher's office, and restrooms. Lastly, the facility included a fitness building with lounge space, a theater, a game room, a gym, studio space for exercise classes, storage facilities, and restrooms.
