Bell Helicopter | Building 27

Bell Helicopter Building 27 is an impressive production building transformed into a state-of-the-art Repair and Overhaul Center (ROC) facility. Situated on the Bell Helicopter campus, the building offers a massive space of 170,000 square feet dedicated to repairing, overhauling, and maintaining helicopters.

The ROC is divided into many specialized compartments thoughtfully designed to perform specific actions. The rotor repair room, for instance, is equipped with advanced tools and machinery required for repairing and maintaining helicopter rotors. Similarly, the blade repair and balancing room is designed to cater to blade repair and balancing needs.

The ROC also has dedicated areas for repairing and installing parts, where technicians use specialized machines and tools to ensure precise and accurate work.

Each room in the ROC is designed to meet specific machine requirements, including mechanical requirements such as humidity and air temperature, hazardous materials handling, and machine-specific needs such as zero tolerance for vibration and specialty structural support. The ROC is a remarkable facility that showcases Bell Helicopter's commitment to providing world-class services to its clients.
