The Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility located at Seletar Airport in Singapore is a major customer support center for the Asian sector. The structure is a joint facility with Textron subsidiary Cessna. The 15,000 square meter (162,000 square feet) building features several program elements, including a hangar, warehouse, office, and support workshops. Key to the design was ensuring Bell Helicopter's branding consistency and standards, as developed by MAA.

The interior design was a collaborative effort with a local Singaporean interior design firm.
