Through innovative architectural design, the new campus fosters a creative, collaborative work environment while providing a welcoming presence for clients and partners alike.
Merriman Anderson Architects (MAA) partnered with Buckman Partnership LTD to bring the new Careington International Corporation campus to life. Designed with the future in mind, the Careington Corporate Campus is more than just a three-story, 75,000-square-foot office building—it’s a testament to the symbiosis between functional workspace and architectural beauty.
The building’s entrance welcomes visitors into a carefully curated lobby, highlighted by terrazzo flooring and an eye-catching back-painted glass wall—leading to a variety of meticulously planned spaces. This level also includes a service area, a specialized vehicle wash bay, and a showroom-style parking area with epoxy flooring for an upscale finish. The main operational floor houses a variety of spaces, including state-of-the-art training and conference rooms, executive suites, lounge and dining areas, and an expansive open-concept call center— all crafted to enhance collaboration, productivity, and innovation. Throughout the space, custom wall graphics showcase Careington’s corporate history. The top floor offers flexibility for future growth with potential for customization according to evolving needs.
The campus includes covered parking structures for convenience and protection, outdoor dining areas, a striking outdoor sculpture of an eagle, and a versatile event space.
