The building has been renovated to include various amenities such as retail space on the ground floor, 238 residential units, a Fairfield Inn & Suites, a Townplace Suites, a 346-space valet parking garage, and a new building on the east side featuring restaurants and retail outlets. It is located in a rapidly growing residential area south of Commerce Street and is adjacent to retail and restaurant establishments at Main and Commerce Street in downtown Dallas.
