Continental Building

LEED Gold Certified

Nestled in the heart of the historical district of Southeast downtown Dallas, the Continental Building has undergone a remarkable transformation by MAA. The 11-story office building has been reimagined into an exquisite residential and retail development. The first floor, in addition to the retail space, now houses a leasing/fitness space for tenants and a covered move-in loading dock.

The second to eleventh floors offer 199 exceptional apartment units with unique floor plans to suit diverse needs. The fourth floor is a true highlight as it features large covered balconies that stretch around the entire exterior of the building, providing a stunning view of the surroundings. The pinnacle of luxury living is on the 11th floor, where penthouse apartment units are located. These apartments feature exterior roof decks, providing tenants with unparalleled city skyline views. Moreover, an amenity room on this floor features an outdoor lounge, deck, and shallow pool, offering a perfect spot for relaxation.

Tenants can conveniently park their vehicles in the existing below-grade parking garage. The building overlooks the new Main Street Garden Park across the street, part of the Mercantile complex. The U.S. Park Department has recognized the Continental Building as a national treasure and has added it to the National Register. Additionally, the building has set aside twenty percent of the units as affordable housing, making it accessible to a broader range of people.
