Coppell Trade Center

MAA provided design services for three industrial buildings in Coppell Trade Center, Texas. These buildings, comprising almost 600,000 square feet of space, were designed to be flexible enough to accommodate multiple tenants' retail and warehousing functions. The first two buildings were completed in 2006, and the third, the largest, was completed in the summer of 2014.
