39th floor of the Chase Tower in downtown Dallas

The Board of Directors aimed to cater to various demographics while maintaining the elegance of the space. They planned to renovate and expand the existing bar in the 20,000-square-foot space on the 39th floor of the Chase Tower in downtown Dallas. After completing the first phase, subsequent phases will focus on the décor of the two main dining rooms.

The existing bar underwent a complete renovation, including softly lit cabinets to showcase mineral specimens and a backlit green onyx bar top. The renovation also installed new bar equipment, adding an extra drink station for popular game nights. Several monitors were added throughout the area, including one primary monitor hidden behind a one-way mirror at the back bar.

The Grill Room received an arch at the ceiling to add charm to the two-story space. The Club also underwent several changes, including new finishes such as carpet, window treatments, and upholstery.
