Depot on Main

The first units of Depot on Main, a new multi-family community in Burleson, Texas, opened in the fall of 2023. The Depot on Main sits on 4.9 acres of land adjacent to the downtown area of Burleson, known as Old Town. It is the only authorized multi-family property in the region and consists of two 5-story buildings with a total of 275 units, an average size of 820 square feet per unit. The project aims to build a for-rent multi-family community integral to Burleson's future revitalization plans, focusing on making Old Town a vibrant and pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. The building features one and two-bedroom units ranging between 590 and 1,229 square- feet. It boasts several amenities, including a pool, gym, dog park, co-working space, resident lounge, and party deck. The building's design pays homage to the original architecture of Old Town while providing modern and upscale residential units that meet the needs of local professionals. 

The Depot on Main is a modern development in the Old Town area, extending towards the north along Main Street and the railroad right-of-way. The development is designed to complement the existing development pattern along Main Street while providing easy access to major highways, making commuting to work and traveling hassle-free. This building is located in the heart of historic Burleson, within walking distance of several restaurants, breweries, local boutiques, and entertainment options. You can also enjoy year-round community events like live music in the Plaza, bike tours, and the Burleson Farmer's Market that takes place every Saturday.
