East Quarter is a 20-story high-rise building with three sections: retail, office, and apartment. The building has approximately 25,000 square feet of retail space on the lower levels. This retail space surrounds the Meletio Electric building, which has existed for 74 years. The building also features 180,000 square feet of office space spread across four levels. The residential area is above the offices and comprises over 336 apartment units. The residential area boasts a lounge and an outdoor deck on the eighth floor with a swimming pool.
