Energy Square Buildings and Plaza

The new plaza is designed to be enjoyed and invites all surrounding tenants to be outdoors at any time throughout the year.

The lobbies in Buildings I, II, and III have been renovated, and new amenities have been added. These include a fitness center with showers, security desks, stone flooring, wood wall panels, carpeting, furniture, custom wood window louvers, and interactive directories.

The plaza is almost 20,000 square feet of concrete deck with a large reflecting pool at its center. The new design features large trees and planters that create shade and a large architectural trellis that provides outdoor seating, eating, and gathering space. Changes in the existing deck materials and new trees define circulation paths and outdoor spaces. A new raised platform allows visitors to use the water feature for seating. The large water sculpture in the pool is a significant feature.

The entire plaza is now accessible from its surrounding buildings via new bridges, ramps, and stairs. Large grass plains of artificial turf soften the deck and define the space. The new plaza is designed to be enjoyed and invites all surrounding tenants to be outdoors at any time throughout the year.
