EpicCentral Hotel and Convention Center represents a significant dual-brand hotel development

EpicCentral Hotel and Convention Center represents a significant dual-brand hotel development encompassing 180,000 square feet. The project comprises a seven-story Homewood Suites and a six-story Hilton Garden Inn, complemented by a 10,000-square-foot convention center that links the two hotels. The City of Grand Prairie appointed Concord Hospitality as the development manager for this initiative.

This venture is situated within EpicCentral, a 172-acre complex that features a variety of facilities, including the Grand Prairie Police Department, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark, The Summit recreation center, The Epic multipurpose facility, and PlayGrand Adventures. Additionally, there are plans for future retail spaces to enhance the development further.
