Evans and Rosedale Urban Village

Since the late 1990s, the City of Fort Worth has invested over $30 million in the area's infrastructure, redevelopment, and planning efforts.

The site, at Evans Avenue and Rosedale Street, is located in the Historic Southside, a vibrant district less than five minutes from Downtown Fort Worth and 10 minutes away from most attractions. Once developed, it could feature multifamily residential units, townhomes, green space, a playground, a “food-and-beverage concept,” and a grocery store. The 7.5-acre project may include up to 27,000 square feet of ground-level commercial space and approximately 320 residential units above.
