The project is situated in Four Points Centre Block 4A, close to FM 2222 and River Place Boulevard in the far northwest of Austin, Texas. The building is four stories high and spans approximately 250,000 gross square feet with a concrete frame. The project features a tilt-wall building with a 4-story, 1,000-car cast-in-place concrete parking garage.
