The project is in Four Points Centre Block 5A, near FM 2222 and River Place Boulevard, in far northwest Austin. The building consists of three stories and covers an area of approximately 80,000 GSF. It has been constructed using a 3-story concrete tilt panel facade with steel framing and a concrete slab-on-grade.
