The development of a comprehensive master plan for a project in Frisco, Texas, has included the establishment of a Gateway Convenience Store alongside a Wash Masters car wash. The Gateway Convenience Store, spanning 8,500 square feet, will comprise a Shell gas station, a Sonic restaurant, a Jimmy John’s sandwich shop, and a convenience store. In addition to this, the Wash Masters car wash will be situated adjacent to it, featuring two self-service tunnels, a detailing tunnel, and full-service and self-service vacuum stations.
