MAA provided programming, interior design, and FF&E services for Genband's new corporate headquarters, which spans over 52,000 square feet and is located in Hall Office Park, Frisco, Texas. Genband is a billion-dollar global company that has moved a significant portion of its corporate offices from Plano, Texas, to Frisco. The new office space boasts a high-end corporate image, with a large boardroom equipped with two 84-inch monitors, full video conferencing, and a catering facility next to a spacious reception area designed for their monthly town hall meetings. Most of the offices are in the interior, allowing natural light to filter throughout the space.
