Grandscape at The Colony, Texas, is a dynamic and multi-faceted lifestyle center that offers a variety of experiences to its visitors. The center is designed to provide a vibrant and family-oriented entertainment and dining district for the residents and visitors of the DFW metroplex. It offers a range of facilities such as retail, dining, entertainment, residential, and hospitality, covering millions of square feet and hundreds of acres. The project boasts state-of-the-art infrastructure and features unique venues specific to DFW and Texas. 

MAA was responsible for all the master planning work and designed most venues, including Live Grandscape, a luxury apartment building, Andretti’s, Galaxy Theatres, and numerous restaurants.
