Merriman Anderson Architects delivered comprehensive architectural design services and served as the architect of record throughout all phases, from initial concept to the completion of construction for the HALL Park Hotel, Autograph Collection. 

Situated in the heart of Frisco’s dynamic HALL Park district, this hotel features an architectural design that highlights transparency and a connection to the outdoors. With floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive terraces, and a fifth-floor connector hallway, guests can enjoy panoramic views of Kaleidoscope Park, creating a sense of openness and tranquility. This unique thirteen-story boutique hotel features 224 rooms, including 60 executive suites equipped with kitchenettes and balconies, making it ideal for long-term stays.

HALL Park Hotel seamlessly integrates with the surrounding mixed-use development, enhancing the area’s appeal as a vibrant destination for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel offers thoughtfully designed guest rooms, a grand lobby, and efficient back-of-house operations. It features a chef-driven kitchen and lounge, along with a 4,000-square-foot ballroom. Additionally, the property features versatile indoor and outdoor event spaces totaling approximately 20,000 square feet, an outdoor pool with a bar, meticulously landscaped gardens, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
