This tower was built in the 1920s.

This tower was built in the 1920s and has 18 floors, providing a total area of 116,000 square feet. 1700 Commerce underwent a historical renovation following the National Park Service Historical Designation standards. It was then transformed into a Hampton Inn & Suites with 170 rooms. The hotel has 2,000 square feet of meeting space, a laundry facility, a warming kitchen, breakfast service seating, and all other necessary facilities per the standard Hampton Inn guidelines. The ground floor of the building is designed to accommodate the hotel lobby and retail space.
