Hatfield and Company

The new office and distribution facility is spread across an area of 50,000 square feet, with 12,000 square feet of space dedicated to creative offices, sales, conference rooms, and a break room. The remaining space of 38,000 square feet has been designed for storage, warehouse, and distribution purposes. The site has several dock doors, which are inward-facing and not visible from the public street. It also has a 140-foot deep truck dock for easy maneuvering of semi-tractor trailers. The main entry to the tilt wall structure is the front office, which is the focal point of the building. The lobby and main entry are surrounded by large glass pieces and a metal screen wall, while an adjacent screen wall and trellis define the entry path and garden. This feature creates an outdoor private seating area off the kitchen and dining area inside. 

The architectural style of the building is clean and simplistic, which pays homage to the client's culture and values.
