Interurban Building

The Interurban Building is an eight-story structure that dates back to 1916.

The Interurban Building, located at the bustling intersection of Jackson and Browder Streets in downtown Dallas, is a magnificent eight-story structure dating back to 1916. This historic building was once the central point of the North Texas Public Train System, connecting people to different parts of the city. The Interurban Building recently underwent extensive restoration and renovation to preserve its architectural heritage.

As you enter the building, you'll be greeted by a grand lobby on the ground floor that has been meticulously restored to reflect its original beauty. The lobby leads to a beautifully landscaped courtyard, where you can take a leisurely stroll or relax in the serene atmosphere.

The Interurban Building's ground floor and basement are open to the public and visible from the street. Visitors can peek at the elegant interiors and marvel at the intricate details of the building's design.

The upper levels of the Interurban Building boast private loft apartments, each with 16 units on every floor from the second to the eighth floor. These loft units average 800 square feet and offer sweeping views of downtown Dallas.

The Interurban Building also has a rooftop garden and a pool, where you can unwind after a long day and take in the stunning vistas of the city skyline. Overall, the Interurban Building is a true gem of downtown Dallas that combines historic charm with modern living.
