Live Grandscape

Live Grandscape is a luxurious residential development located at the heart of the Grandscape Lifestyle Center in The Colony, Texas. The project is divided into two phases. Phase I comprises 12 stories of residences on top of a 2-story podium garage. The residents of the 345 residential units, spanning an area of 420,000 square feet, can enjoy a pool, a large amenity deck, club rooms, a dog park, and co-working spaces. The unit designs and sizes vary from efficiency units to multiple variations of one- and two-bedroom units. This tower is a part of the overall Grandscape mixed-use development and includes ground-floor retail.
