This project involved the extensive renovation of a 12-story hotel in Dallas, Texas, formerly the Plaza Hotel. The renovation covered an impressive 155,933 gross square feet of interior space, an existing basement garage of 54,369 square feet, site parking of 50,025 square feet, and a luxurious outdoor pool courtyard spanning 10,700 square feet. 

The hotel now boasts an elegant restaurant and bar with outdoor seating, providing an exceptional dining experience. The boardrooms exude professionalism and sophistication, making them perfect for important meetings and conferences. The business lounge is a comfortable, stylish space for guests to relax or work. The fitness area comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including a yoga studio, allowing guests to stay active and healthy during their stay.

The hotel also includes back-of-house areas for hotel staff, ensuring that guests can enjoy their stay without disruptions. This hotel will surely provide guests with a memorable, enjoyable experience through its modern amenities and stunning design.
