This tower is an example of the Mid-Century modern style. It has 21 floors and offers 200,000 square feet of space. It has been historically renovated according to the National Park Service Historical Designation standards and converted from an office building into a hotel.

The hotel is home to Marriott AC and Residence Inn flags, providing 230 rooms. Additionally, 8,000 square feet of space is available for retail and restaurants. A new seven-level garage, providing 164 parking spaces, has also been constructed and is connected to the tower.

The renovation's goal was to restore the original design of the ground-floor public spaces while preserving the remaining historical elements, such as the exterior curtain wall, stone wall panels, and mosaic floor tiles.
