The office and warehouse are connected by a showroom demonstrating state-of-the-art HVAC equipment.
The project at hand was to create a brand new office and warehouse for a representative company of HVAC equipment, spanning over a vast area of 32,000 square feet. The project's primary objective was to merge the currently separated office and warehouse components into a consolidated building. The new building is a two-story tilt-wall structure with spacious, modern, and ergonomic office space for over 65 employees and a covered roof terrace for relaxation and a breath of fresh air. The warehouse is 9,000 square feet, with plenty of space for equipment and storage.
To ensure the well-being and satisfaction of employees, the building design features recreational facilities like a bar, game room, lounge, and outdoor patio. These facilities create an environment of relaxation and fun, providing employees with a break from their busy schedules.
The showroom is the crown jewel of the building, showcasing state-of-the-art HVAC equipment and connecting the office and warehouse components. This enables clients to view the equipment in action and make informed decisions. Overall, this project is a testament to modern architecture and provides a comfortable and efficient space for the company.
