Old Dallas High School

As part of a historic restoration project, the Old Dallas High School building and site, also known as Crozier Tech, underwent a significant transformation in downtown Dallas. The four-story structure, spanning over 102,000 square feet, was elegantly refurbished into a Class “A” office while preserving its rich history and architectural character. The design was aimed at meeting the criteria for State of Texas and Federal Historic Tax Credits, which involved meticulous planning and attention to detail. A surface parking area was provided to accommodate the building. 

MAA played a critical role in the project, providing design architect and architect of record services for the building shell and restoration. Additionally, the company supported the THC and NPS application process and helped obtain TIF and Landmark Commission approval from the City of Dallas, making this project a truly remarkable and successful one.
