The new medical office building covers an area of 45,000 SF and houses Orthopedic Associates on the ground floor.

Orthopedic Associates is a group of nine doctors in the new Flower Mound medical district. The building, which is situated on FM 2499 on the northern end of Flower Mound, is two miles from the new hospital and a corner anchor of an existing office park. The new medical office building covers an area of 45,000 SF and houses Orthopedic Associates on the ground floor. The second floor comprises 7,000 square feet of space occupied by a physical therapy tenant, while the remaining 15,000 square feet of the second floor are available for multiple tenant leases.
