Park Cities Hilton

The Park Cities Hilton underwent renovation to meet Hilton's requirements for guestrooms and bathrooms.

The Park Cities Hilton, a well-known hotel, has recently undergone an extensive renovation to meet Hilton's Property Improvement Plan (PIP) requirements for guestrooms and bathrooms. To accomplish this, MAA was hired to conduct an in-depth study of the hotel's garage levels and exterior walls. As a result, a range of improvements were made to the hotel to enhance the guest experience.

The study included adding new windows to create additional guestrooms, repurposing fitness space to create even more guestrooms, and relocating the fitness facility to a new area for better use of space. The Honors Lounge, a popular location for guests to relax and unwind, was also transformed into additional guestroom space.

Furthermore, conceptual design services were provided to add a new structure on the top level of the existing parking garage to increase the number of guestroom keys available. This latest addition would give the guests a novel experience of staying in a structure that overlooks the city's scenic views while enjoying the comfort and luxury of a hotel room.

Overall, the renovations have transformed the Park Cities Hilton into a more inviting and comfortable space, providing guests with an exceptional stay experience.
