River Edge is the benchmark project in Quadrant's master plan to revitalize the Dallas Design District.

River Edge is a state-of-the-art new mixed-use development designed to revitalize and enhance the Dallas Design District with new life and a stunning approach to how people engage and interact. The 146,000 SF space was envisioned to bring the outdoors into the building with numerous areas allowing abundant natural light and air throughout the facility. It features several private open-air terraces, a community lounge, a fitness center with the latest technology, on-site dining options, an attached 7-level parking structure, and common areas available year-round for indoor/outdoor use.

The “in-office” work experience is tailored to bring employees back into the office by providing the perfect blend of work and nature across the facility on different levels in the building. The patios and terraces offer unique cityscape perspectives to inspire the creative minds of this new facility. River Edge has several sustainable design elements, including EV charging stations, touchless access, an app-based tenant experience, bike storage, redundant fiber internet, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and more.

River Edge is the benchmark project in Quadrant’s master plan to revitalize the Dallas Design District. It creates a new staple that will help feed the existing urban showrooms, art galleries, and the 26 existing restaurants in the neighborhood.
