A sleek, multi-story building is situated on a street corner. The façade alternates between light and dark vertical panels with large windows. A corner storefront with floor-to-ceiling glass windows displays the sign "LEASING." Cars are parked and driving along the street in the foreground as a woman walks by.
Aerial view of a modern campus featuring multiple rectangular buildings, green spaces, and tree-lined roads. A circular plaza with an alternating brick pattern extending like a ripple from the center of the half-circle is visible in the foreground, surrounded by lawns, walkways, and parked cars. The area is bustling with activity.

Rosedale

The project site maintains the historic character of the surrounding area and creates new neighborhood amenities.

A new development project is set to take shape in the charming and historic Rosedale community, situated along I-35 in the south-central region of Fort Worth. The project will consist of two new residential buildings, which will be home to 370 residential units. Additionally, a new concrete parking garage will be constructed on-site, boasting 458 parking spaces and providing 555 parking spaces for the community. This will be a welcome addition for the area's residents and visitors.

Furthermore, the two residential buildings will offer more than just living spaces. They will also house three new retail spaces and 28 live-work units, providing ample opportunities for entrepreneurs to establish businesses and work from home.

Despite the new construction, the project site will preserve the surrounding area's historic character. With the addition of new amenities, the Rosedale community will continue to thrive and offer its residents a comfortable and convenient living experience.
