Daniel House is a recently constructed apartment-style building for upper-level students at Southern Methodist University.

Daniel House is a stunning and modern apartment-style building explicitly designed for upper-level students at Southern Methodist University. This three-story structure, built in collaboration with Talley-Riggins Construction, boasts 68 beds and a total floor space of 51,000 GSF. The project was designed quickly, with a focus on blending in with the campus's historical aesthetic. 

The building's exterior is breathtaking, featuring cast stone, beautiful masonry, and intricate details such as the entry portico and the multi-layered cornice. These elements provide a modern design that complements the traditional campus architecture. 

The interior of the building is equally impressive, offering comfortable and spacious living areas for educational and personal use. The building contains 34 two-bedroom units, each with its kitchenette and shared spaces. The laundry facility is easily accessible, and the study rooms are perfect for group work or individual study. 

In addition to these amenities, Daniel House also features a cozy and inviting living room with soft seating and a fireplace, perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends. The entertainment space comes complete with a kitchenette, ideal for hosting small gatherings or events. Finally, a dedicated, quiet area offers a peaceful and comfortable space for focused study.
