Southlake Delta

One of the first examples of the Delta Brand by Marriott in the US.

Southlake Delta Hotel is a 6-story, newly constructed, full-service hotel. The project is one of the first examples of the Delta Brand by Marriott in the US. The hotel includes 240 rooms, 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and a full-service restaurant and bar.

The hotel sits at a prominent corner of the 114 corridors in Southlake and is the center of a future mixed-use development featuring office and retail space. The hotel exterior is designed to respect the existing Southlake vernacular by incorporating natural stone and earth tones.

The project features a full-service restaurant and bar with a display kitchen where guests can watch the chef prepare their dinner.

In addition, the hotel has an outdoor pool and patio for guests to relax and unwind.
