The Lone Star Gas Lofts project involved restoring two historic buildings and renovating two non-historic buildings in downtown Dallas. The restoration work was carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements set by the National Register, Texas Historical Commission, and National Park Service. The complex now offers a variety of 233 modern and urban apartments in different styles, including one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, studios, and soft-lofts. Moreover, the complex provides 299 indoor parking spaces and approximately 12,000 square feet of street-front retail space. A new amenity area has been added at the ground level, which includes a zero-edge pool, cabanas, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit, and an outdoor movie theater. The parking areas, both above and below ground, have also been improved.
