This remarkable project involved an extensive renovation of a nine-story office building and adjacent parking lot in downtown Dallas's bustling heart. The aim was to transform the space into a dynamic mixed-use facility that would cater to the needs of a diverse range of occupants.

The refurbished facility now boasts a range of luxurious and modern apartments, with ample and convenient parking facilities on the second and third floors. The ground floor has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate a variety of retail outlets, providing a vibrant and bustling atmosphere. The ninth floor offers a range of world-class amenities open to the public, providing an unparalleled experience of comfort, luxury, and convenience.
