The Mosaic is a modern and chic residential community offering 440 luxurious apartment units with an average size of 1,235 square feet. The building's first floors feature historic lobbies for the apartments and several retail tenants, including an upscale restaurant, a full-service fitness center, and a neighborhood coffee house. Residents can enjoy various amenities on the eighth floor, including a 140-foot-long infinity edge pool, an outdoor movie theater, an outdoor kitchen, an indoor cigar and poker lounge, and a bar and entertainment room. Solariums have been added to several units, creating a unique open area that meets the historical requirements while allowing residents to enjoy the outdoors. The exterior facades and windows have been replaced and/or repaired to give the building a fresh and updated appearance.
