The building's first floors feature historic lobbies for the apartments and several retail tenants, including an upscale restaurant, a full-service fitness center, and a neighborhood coffee house. Residents can enjoy various amenities on the eighth floor, including a 140-foot-long infinity edge pool, an outdoor movie theater, an outdoor kitchen, an indoor cigar and poker lounge, and a bar and entertainment room. Solariums have been added to several units, creating a unique open area that meets the historical requirements while allowing residents to enjoy the outdoors. The exterior facades and windows have been replaced and/or repaired to give the building a fresh and updated appearance.
