A simple indoor seating area with four brown leather loveseats arranged around a black coffee table on a rust-colored patterned area rug. The space features stone walls, a high ceiling, and a mezzanine with wooden paneling. A corridor leads to another area, illuminated by overhead lights and natural light from the windows.
A sleek hallway features slate tile flooring, wooden panel walls on the left, and a stone wall on the right. Recessed ceiling lights illuminate the space. At the end of the hallway, a glass door with an exit sign above is visible.

The Park on Barton Creek

The building is designed to meet local Green Building Standards.

The Park on Barton Creek is a prestigious development that comprises two four-story, Class A office buildings, each spanning 100,000 square feet, with adjacent above-grade parking structures. The buildings are nestled closely to the trees on the western edge and are bordered by two major thoroughfares, MOPAC and 360. The architects have placed the buildings as far west as possible to preserve the wooded area and respect the creek's edge, creating an apparent architectural edge along the expressway. The two buildings are mirror images of each other and are connected by a new suspension-style bridge structure that spans a ravine between them.

The Hill Country Contemporary architecture is characterized by large native limestone walls and carefully detailed metal eyebrows that become a distinctive element along the roof edge and shape the upper floors. The building's interiors reflect the same sensitivity as the exterior, with limestone and wood walls and a honed slate floor. The attention to detail is evident throughout the buildings, from the careful placement of the buildings to preserve the natural landscape to the carefully crafted design elements that create a sense of elegance and sophistication.

In summary, The Park on Barton Creek is an exceptional development that showcases Hill Country Contemporary architecture at its finest. The buildings' thoughtful design elements and attention to detail make them an outstanding choice for businesses seeking a professional and prestigious environment.
