Statler Hilton

The Statler Hilton / Dallas Grand Hotel will always be a premier example of Mid-Century Modern architecture in downtown Dallas.

The magnificent Statler Hilton / Dallas Grand Hotel embodies downtown Dallas's best Mid-Century Modern architecture. When it opened in 1956 with 1,001 rooms, it was the go-to destination for the crème de la crème of society. After an extensive renovation, the Statler houses a 159-room Curio Collection hotel and 219 luxurious rental apartments. The building boasts a 14,000-square-foot ballroom, 25,000-square-foot meeting space, six food and beverage venues, two rooftop pool decks, and an interior garage designed with impeccable attention to detail. It still stands tall and proud as a prominent feature and has become a focal point of the Main Street Garden Park.

The revamped Statler reclaims its former glory by offering a boutique hotel and chic modern residences with breathtaking views.
