A spacious industrial workshop with a high ceiling, equipped with a yellow overhead crane labeled "Konecranes 5 TON." Various workbenches, machinery, and metal materials are organized throughout the space. A large garage door is in the background, and bright overhead lighting illuminates the area.
A classroom with several rectangular gray tables arranged in rows, each accompanied by blue office chairs on wheels. The room has a carpeted floor, fluorescent lighting, and a wall with dark blue-gray sliding panels. A counter with a sink is visible near the entrance on the right.
A double-height office lobby with beige stone-cladded & painted walls, a warm palette, and large windows. The space features a wood reception desk with "Weatherford" logo and title behind, three cream-colored armchairs, plant decor, a multi-colored rug, and a staircase leading to an upper level with a metal railing. Natural light fills the room.

The Weatherford 45,000 SF Research and Development Center was built on the existing campus. The building is designed for the Wire-Line Drilling Division of Weatherford International. It includes administration and engineering offices, laboratories, a 100-seat multipurpose room, high bay testing, manufacturing, testing laboratory, tech laboratory, and simulator room. It is constructed with concrete tilt wall and steel framing, and a curved layered masonry screen wall frames the limestone veneered two-story lobby and entry.
