Westbend is a proposed mixed-use project located along the Trinity River, opposite the Fort Worth Zoo.

Westbend is a proposed mixed-use project located along the Trinity River, opposite the Fort Worth Zoo. The project will consist of two eleven-story towers: a select service hotel tower and a luxury apartment tower. It will also have a parking structure and retail spaces. The project will anchor the south end of the existing Westbend development, which already includes office towers, retail, and food and beverage.

The hotel will be adjacent to University Drive, creating a new visual identity for the development. It will house approximately 200 units, including a destination restaurant, meeting spaces, and a large ballroom. Hotel guest amenities include a spa, rooftop pool, and fitness center.

The residential tower will offer a unique mix of walkable retail and restaurants while providing residents immediate access to the Trinity Trail System, which has miles of paved and unpaved trails for walking, running, and cycling. The residential tower will have approximately 300 units, comprising a studio, one bedroom, two bedrooms, and limited three bedrooms. Resident amenities will include a collaborative workspace, club lounge, rooftop pool overlooking the Trinity River, dog park, dog grooming area, fitness and cycling lounge with an area for bicycle storage and maintenance.
