I recall the remodel project of our Addison Airport Office Center building at Addison Road and Keller Springs and the transformation of both the exterior and interior finishes that MAA’s creative team achieved within a limited budget. It was so successfully designed and implemented that, within a few short months after completion, we sold the building to an oil & gas company for its corporate headquarters, relocating here from Denver, at a price that exceeded our expectations.
