Chance is a professional with over ten years of experience managing various projects in different industries. His portfolio includes healthcare, corporate office, multi-family residential, retail, and commercial mixed-use projects. He has been involved in all project phases, from design development to construction administration and coordination. 

Chance has contributed to several projects in the healthcare sector, such as the renovation of the UTSW Professional Office Building, UTSW Simmons Cancer Center, and Pediatric Associates of Dallas interior finish out. He has also developed several free-standing emergency departments in North Texas. 

Chance's experience in multi-family residential projects includes developing properties in Dallas's Bishop Arts, Cedars, and Knox Henderson neighborhoods. He is working on two commercial development projects at the Grandscape Lifestyle Center in The Colony, Texas, and one at Epic Central in Grand Prairie, Texas.
