Chase, originally from Norman, Oklahoma, discovered his passion for architecture when he was 12 years old and on vacation. He sketched a building on a napkin, which marked the beginning of his fascination with architecture. As a design professional, Chase strives to create architectural spaces that are unique and memorable while maintaining realistic architectural details.

Before joining MAA, Chase worked on various project types in the Oklahoma City Metro area, including commercial, mixed-use retail, transportation, and site design. He also has experience in survey work, which enables him to complement design strategies and architectural detailing to create more cohesive projects.

As a design professional at MAA, Chase has worked on a wide variety of project types, such as restaurants, multi-family, industrial, and offices. Chase is working on Thirsty Lion Westgate, Sysgration, Roers Lockhart, and Oncor Stephenville.

Chase’s passion for sustainability and healthy buildings for occupants led him to become a WELL-accredited professional. As a WELL-accredited professional, Chase is an accredited health and well-being expert in the design field. The WELL Building Standard takes a holistic approach to health in the built environment, addressing behavior, operations, and design.

Chase is committed to advancing his architectural studies and is pursuing the Architectural Examinations to become licensed. He possesses technical skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
