Chris Grosser is an accomplished architect, boasting over a decade of experience in architecture and planning.

He has undertaken diverse projects throughout his career, ranging from complex single-family homes to multi-family apartments, offices, hospitality spaces, retail stores, mixed-use buildings, self-storage facilities, and warehouses. Chris has demonstrated his ability to manage every aspect of these projects, from the initial design phase to the completion of construction. His duties encompass coordinating with clients and consultants, creating and reviewing design and construction drawings, conducting due diligence, obtaining permits, reviewing project submissions, and overseeing construction administration. In addition, he is an integral part of the design team, providing invaluable assistance with concept design and visualization for clients.

Chris spearheads a hospitality project outside Cincinnati, Ohio, and a multi-family project in Farmers Branch, Texas. His past accomplishments include the recent completion of the AC Fort Worth hotel for Jackson Shaw.
