Project Manager
Master of Architecture, University of Texas at Arlington
Cynthia has demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving project-based code regulations, permit responses, and client requests. She has played a pivotal role in developing and coordinating projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
Currently, Cynthia is involved in two significant projects. One of these projects is The Hotel Jefferson, located in downtown St. Louis, Missouri, for Alterra International. The project entails the construction of two adjoining structures - the original 12-story hotel built in 1904 and a 13-story annex constructed in 1928. The hotel is listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings. The second project is 1333 Oak Lawn for Quadrant Investment Properties, a new 10-story Class A office building on a 1.155-acre site at 1333 Oak Lawn Avenue in Dallas, Texas.
Cynthia's previous project experience includes Phase I Luna Road, a mixed-use multi-family project located at Farmers Branch, Texas. The project comprises a single multi-story mixed-use building with retail space and approximately 150 residential units. Additionally, she has worked on various multi-family projects throughout the DFW area, from garage-wrapped to garden-style buildings.
Cynthia's wealth of experience and skills make her a valuable asset to any architectural project. Her ability to navigate complex project requirements and deliver projects seamlessly from conception to completion has earned her an excellent reputation in the industry.
